William B. McGlothlin, Jr ., 77, of Greensburg, died Thursday, May 10, 2018 in the Hempfield Manor. He was born May 04, 1941, in Spencer, West Virginia, a son of the late William B. McGlothlin, Sr. and Violet Macel McGlothlin. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam Era. Bill was an Insurance Adjuster, but his true passion was helping others. He was a strong worker with of the Kiwanis Club of Greensburg where he was past president and volunteered to help with all projects. Bill offered his time and expertise for Tri City Meals on Wheels as a scheduler for years and any other project that needed done. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean L. (Mears) McGlothlin. He will be lovengly remembered by his step children Sherrill (David) Kennedy, Carol (Charles) Schropp and Jerry (Debbie) Johnson; six grandchildren Jacquelynn (Brian) Kumpf, Jamie Puckett, John Wright III, Robert Johnson, Kristy (Michael) Avery, and Emilee Johnson; three great grandchildren Grace, Benjamin and Shawn, and many more family and friends. The family will miss his smile and lighhearted enjoymnet of life. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Bill, Monday May 14, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Clement L.
