Terry Doppelhauer, Sr.

Terry R. Doppelhauer Sr. , 83, of Greensburg, died Thursday, May 5, 2022. He was born June 8, 1938, in Smock, a son of the late Theodore Joseph and Minnie Jane Miller Doppelhauer Sr. He was the owner of the former Terry's Refrigeration, Jeannette, and was a Veteran of the Air Force. Terry enjoyed repairing things and could frequently be found tinkering around in his shed. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra J. Bartlett Doppelhauer; son, Terry R. Doppelhauer Jr.; and three siblings, Ramona Brilhart, Joan Richter and Theodore J. Doppelhauer Jr. He is survived by his three children, Joseph Doppelhauer (Lisa), of Ruffsdale, Kathy Hoover (Mark) and John Doppelhauer, all of Greensburg; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jenny Lee Johnson, of El Paso, Texas, and Carolyn Myers of Leesburg, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Terry from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, at the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. Military honors will follow the viewing at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Private interment will be in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
