Sue Ann Brandonio

Sue Ann (Yurt) Brandonio of Greensburg passed away Monday July 29th in Independence Excela Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Paul (Pete) and Dorothy (Dori) Barkefelt Yurt of Grapeville. She worked as a nurse’s aide for several nursing and personal care homes in the Greensburg area. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her first husband Douglas Wolfe. She is survived by her husband, Michael W. Brandonio with whom she would have celebrated their 30th anniversary on August 19th. Also surviving are her daughter Megan J. Wolfe of Jeannette, and Rebecca L Wolfe of Washington and her and Michael's children whom they adopted and cherish, Felix Pritchett, Steven Brandonio, Eli Brandonio, Sophia Brandonio and her favorite and spoiled son, Chase Brandonio, all at home; her sister Patty Yurt and Francis Yurt, both of Grapeville; her in laws Michael J. and Leslie Brandonio of Greensburg, Amanda Simmons (John) of North Carolina and a “special sister” whom she loved as much as own sisters, Renee Gratter (Matt) and their son, Lukie of Jeannette. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly and lots of cousins.  Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Sue, Thursday, from 2:30 until the time of service that will be held at 6 p.m., in the Clement L.
