Shawn "Sunshine" Swank

Shawn Alexander 'Sunshine' Swank, 19 months old, of New Stanton, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023.  He was born August 23, 2021, in Greensburg, a son of Cory Allen Swank, Sr.  and Anna Marie Semenko Swank. He was our sun after a storm. Shawn was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Alex Semenko, Jr.; and his paternal grandmother, Michelle Gaffney Swank. In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by his brothers and 'best buds', Jaxon Springer and Cory A. Swank, Jr; maternal grandmother, Debbie Hermann (John E. Schwickrath, Jr.) of Mt. Pleasant; paternal grandfather, Allen Swank of Melcroft; his Godfather, Shawn Keslar (Laura 'LaLa') of Mt. Pleasant; his Godmother, Melanie Abbott (Brad) of Greensburg; several aunts and uncles; and a new baby cousin, Alyssa Elizabeth Semenko. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Shawn, Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W.
