Samuel C. Peduzzi

Samuel C. 'Buddy' Peduzzi, 77, of Greensburg, died Friday, December 06, 2024, at home. He was born February 11, 1947, in Manor. Sam was a retired Intake Officer, Department of Welfare for the Commonwealth of PA. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Elks Lodge #907 in Latrobe and the American Legion Post#472 in Manor. One of his favorite pastimes was golfing with his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence “Peter” Peduzzi; mother, Ann Safran McCune and a brother, W. John Kivala. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of fifty-three years, Edwina A. Droske Peduzzi; brother, Pete Peduzzi of Arlington, VA; brother-in-law, Steve Droske of Latrobe several nieces and nephews and his beloved cat, Chloe. Relatives and friends of Sam will be received Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020. Prayers of transfer will be said in the funeral home Thursday at 9:00 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. Entombment will follow in Mary, Mother of Mercy Mausoleum at St. Vincent, Latrobe.
