Robert L. Piper

Robert L. Piper, born to Leroy and Velma (Jones) Piper on November 8, 1957, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023. Rob was a phenomenal HVAC technician who loved to troubleshoot and who was adored by the old ladies that requested him. Rob had a lovely singing voice and was in the choir and handbell choirs at both Salem Lutheran in the past and Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Greensburg. He loved to hunt and fish and had a great sense of humor. Rob's pride and joy were his grandchildren, Noah, Levi and Josephine. He will be incredibly missed by his family; daughters, Amanda (Timothy) Wiersma and Katie (Eric) Buck; brother, Mark (Cathy) Piper; sister, Bonnie (Dave) Kuhel; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday Dec. 30, 2023, at Salem Lutheran Church, Delmont.
