Phyllis M. (Hoffman) Niton , 93, of Greensburg, died Thursday, February 11, 2021 in the St. Anne Home. She was born December 21, 1927, in Conemaugh, a daughter of the late John and Marie Plutnicka Hoffman. Phyllis was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, the Autumn Leaves, the McKenna Senior Center and the Red Hat Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Niton, Sr. a son in law, Mark Winwood; and her siblings Irene Sutterland, Julia Matten, Estella Shenn, Cornellia Rish, Henry Hoffman and John L. Hoffman, Jr. She is survived by her four children, Walter J. Niton, Jr (Sheryl) of Johnstown, Roberta A. 'Bobbie' Winwood of Greensburg, Debra M. Fulgenzio (Orlando) of Greensburg and Philip J. Niton of Latrobe; five grandchildren, Melissa Horner (Chris), Christina Davis (Chad), Jon Winwood (Kelly), Daniel Fulgenzio (Camilla) and Kristen Fulgenzio and seven great grandchildren. Private family viewing and services will be held in the funeral home followed by interment in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery. The family request no flowers.
