Patricia J. Kostelnik

Patricia J. (Dell) Kostelnik, 67, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, January 10, 2024.  She was born July 02, 1956, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Verner A. and Hilda Carpenter Dell.  Patricia was a former Certified Nurse's Aide for Westmoreland Manor.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Butch, Michael and Mark Dell.  She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of forty-seven years, Joseph R. Kostelnik; sister, Cheryl Larson (Rick) of Blairsville; several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends; her three beloved Yorkies, Wee Willy, Lady Bug and Otis; and her pet peacocks.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children at www.shrinerschildrens.org Patricia’s family has entrusted her care to the Clement L.
