Patricia Dominick

Patricia L. (Spallone) Dominick , 79, of Hannastown, died Friday, May 21, 2021. She was born Nov. 19, 1941, in Hannastown, a daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret Volpe Spallone. Patricia was a member of St. Bartholomew Church in Crabtree. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dolores Kosenske; and a son-in -law, William Carlson. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Merell R. Dominick; five children, Cindy Carlson, of Delmont, Cathy Czerpak (Walter), of Luxor, Richard Dominick (Jamie), Tim Dominick (Diane) and Joe Dominick, all of Hannastown; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several in-laws, nieces, nephews and close friends. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Patricia from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020.
