Michael Joseph Santoro

Michael Joseph Santoro, 81, of Greensburg, died Monday, April 01, 2024, at home.  He was born November 11, 1942, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Charles and Hazel May McCarthy Santoro.  Michael was a CFO for the Smail Auto Group, Greensburg for 35 years and served his Country during the Vietnam Era in the US Army as a First lieutenant.  He organized and ran the 'Super Golf League' for over fifty years.  In addition to being an avid golfer, Michael enjoyed bowling and running and displaying his train collection for his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Hritz.  He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of forty years, Cheryl A. Moore Santoro; a son, Michael C. Santoro (Dolores “Dee”) of Greensburg; a grandson, Anthony M. Santoro and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Michael, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W.
