Mary Jane Lovera

Mary Jane (Bisignani) Lovera , 90, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, at home. She was born July 15, 1926, in Greensburg, the only daughter of the late Antonio and Anita Del Corona Bisignani. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. Mary Jane was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed baking, cooking, cleaning and spending time with family and friends. She cared for everyone and often times would make and deliver homemade spaghetti to others. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Angelo Lovera; two brothers, Mario and Camille Bisignani; and a great-granddaughter, Kara Antonia Shusko. Mary Jane is survived by her two daughters, Dolores Shusko (Thomas), of Lake Lynn, and Nancy Loucks, of Greensburg; five grandchildren, Paul Shusko (Michelelynn), Angelo Shusko (Robin), Carl Shusko (Amanda Riley), Julie Loucks (Oliver Farr) and Melissa Winfield (Matthew); eight great-grandchildren, Cole and Luke Shusko, Willow, Taylor and Sage Shusko, Samantha and Annabel Loucks-Farr and Anthony Winfield; two brothers, Robert Bisignani (Catherine), of Greensburg, and Carlo (Tish) of Youngstown, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and a special nephew, Mark Bisignani. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Mary Jane from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601 (724-837-0020). Parting prayers will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausloeum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
