Keith F. Waldron , 73, of Greensburg, passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was born June 29, 1947, in Stourbridge, England, a son of the late Frederick and Florence Morgan Waldron. Keith was a retired letter carrier for the US Postal Service and a 1965 graduate of Jeannette High School. He was a Veteran of the US Army having served during the Vietnam War from 67-68 and was a Purple Heart Recipient. He was a member of the NALC, the Greensburg DAV and a life member of the Arlington Club. He is survived by his best friend, soul mate and wife of thirty-seven years, Debra L. Work Waldron; five children, Sarah Svilar (Ryan) of Greensburg, Bryan Waldron (Amanda Chalmers) of Irwin, Kelly Halloran (Michael) of Ithaca, NY, Tracy Massera (Billy) of Erie and Lori Birch (Robert) of Monroeville; ten grandchildren, Eliza, Violet, Brett, Brad, Andrew (Christy), Casi (Patrick), Jacob, Merissa (Aaron), Travis and Maddox; three siblings, Florence 'Ann' Naser (Dick) of Greensburg, Doug Waldron (Karen) of Ruffsdale and Roland Waldron (Linny) of Jeannette; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and his buddy, Laddy Boy. Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Keith, Saturday from 10 to 1:30 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Martin R. Ankrum, officiating. Military Honors accorded by the VFW Post 33 Honor Guard will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. The family would like to thank their wonderful neighbors and close friends for their love and support and the staff at the Hillman Cancer Center and the Westmoreland County VA Clinic for the loving and compassionate care of Keith and his family during his illness.
