Judith Zello

Judith Ann (Smith) Zello , 76, of Greensburg, died Thursday, April 21, 2022, in Forbes Regional Health Center. She was born July 31, 1945, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Frank Cowan and Irene (Wineland) Smith. Judy was a clerk at the Westmoreland County Clerk of Courts and Treasurers. She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Frank Zello Sr., in 2019; and son, Joseph Frank Zello Jr., in 2021. She is survived by two children, Melissa Zello McCoy (Timothy), of Ligonier, and Robert Christopher Zello (Kimberly), of Germantown, Md.; daughter-in-law, Beverly Zello, of Conneaut Lake; two grandchildren, Matthew Douglas Zello (Rachel) and Cassidy Sarah McCoy; great-granddaughter, Aspen Rose Zello; sister-in-law, Mary Duncan, of Hopewell, Va.; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Judy from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. A funeral service will be celebrated at noon in First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 246 S. Main St., Greensburg, with Pastor Chris Combs officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.
