Joseph E. Brown , 71, of Greensburg, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, at home. He was born Jan. 22, 1947, in New Stanton, a son of the late Joseph and Harriet McClune Brown. He was a retired punch press operator for Robertshaw Controls, New Stanton. Joe had a wonderful sense of humor, a beautiful singing voice and was a fabulous dancer. He was a kind and gentle man who never spoke poorly of anyone. He will be missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Charles and Jennie Felice Rahl, and his canine companion and buddy, Charlie. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Charlene E. Rahl Brown, with whom he has spent 40 years, 34 of them as husband and wife; his daughter, Jody Madden (Greg Kitch), of Greensburg; his grandson, who he raised as his son, Michael Jubec (Megan), of Bay Village, Ohio; two stepsons, John Jubec (Lorri Zolinger), of Greensburg, and David Jubec, of Mt. Pleasant; several grandchildren; his sister, Kathy Gross; two sisters-in-law, Donna Thomas (Frank), of Greensburg, and Sandra Rahl (Jerry DiLossi), of New Jersey; and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Joe from 2 to 6 p.m., the time of services, Saturday at CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020, with Pastor Carol Brown officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County, P.O.
