John Casino, Jr.

John P. Casino Jr. , 51, of Latrobe, died Friday, June 25, 2021, in the Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. He was born April 26, 1970, in Jeannette, a son of Linda Casino of Jeannette and the late John P. Casino, Sr. John had been employed by Reinhart Food Services. He enjoyed anything involving the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and quads and dirt bikes. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Gianna Johnson; and his maternal grandmother, Helen Leonard. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 15 years, Vanessa K. Cararini Casino; son, John P. Casino III, at home; daughter, Mary Johnson (Jesse Brubaker), of New Alexandria; brother, Andrew Casino (Sally Turkovich), of Lehigh Acres, Fla.; sister, Ashlee Casino (Joe Oslosky), of Jeannette; in-laws, Frank and Evelyn Cararini, of Greensburg; special niece and nephews, Jordyn and Gianni Casino and Cameron Cararini; and several other nieces and nephews.
