Janet Nuss

Janet F. (Brooker) Nuss , 85, of Greensburg, went to be with the Lord Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016, in Newhaven Court. She was born Dec. 1, 1931, in Boston, Mass., a daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Langviloe Brooker. Janet was a retired teacher for the Hempfield Area School District. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Nuss, Feb. 28, 2010; her grandson, Michael Nuss; and her sister, Dorothy. She is survived by her three children, Jacque Nuss, of Clarion, Charles "Chuck" Nuss (Pam), of Youngwood, and James Nuss (Dianne), of Redway, Calif.; three grandchildren, Kyle Campbell (Beth), Kari Kinney (Jeremy) and CJ Nuss (Alyssa); and four great-grandchildren, JR Campbell, Cole and Lily Kinney and Luna Nuss. Honoring her wishes, there will be no public viewing or services. The family would like to thank the staff of New Haven Court and Heartland Hospice for their loving care that was given to Janet.
