Grace Giaccardo

Grace L. (Scozzaro) Giaccardo , 90, of Greensburg, formerly of Crabtree, died Sunday, September 11, 2016 in the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.  She was born April 05, 1926, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Carmen and Carmella Scuvotti Scozzaro.  She was a member of St. Paul Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Aldo Giaccardo; a great granddaughter, Paige McDowell; and two sisters, Florence Rohay and Virginia Acita and a nephew, Bobby Durda.  She is survived by her son, Aldo Giaccardo and wife Linda of Greensburg; three grandchildren, Paula McDowell, Daniel D'Amato and wife Brandy and Michael D'Amato; four great grandchildren, Joseph and Justin Bohon and Lisa and DeLaney D'Amato; a sister, Jennie Durda and husband Michael of Greensburg; a niece with whom she resided, Joan Loucks and husband Chuck and their children, Mike and Rob; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and her furry friend, Macey Mae.  Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Grace, Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., the time of services in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W.
