Gary T. Roberts , 76, of Forbes Road, died Friday, March 3, 2017, in Presbyterian University Hospital. He was born June 20, 1940, in Roscoe, PA., a son of the late Harold Roberts and Viola Drury Jones. Gary retired after 28 years from General Glass Industries (The Window House), Jeannette. He enjoyed being a longtime member of the Hannastown Volunteer Fire Dept. Social Club and riding his Honda motorcycles, and he loved his Chevy trucks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian A. Messaros Roberts; a brother, Danny Jones; and a sister, Carolyn Roberts. He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly S. Stawicki, and husband, Christopher E., of Greensburg; his son, Gary J. Roberts, of Forbes Road; two grandchildren, Gary Alan Roberts, and wife, Lauren, and Laura Roberts; a great-grandson, Anson Roberts; a brother, Terry Roberts; two sisters, Boni Hall and Rosalyn Miller, and her husband, Melvin (Chuck), all of Jeannette; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Gary from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020 .
