Frank J. Varriano, 87, of Greensburg, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021. He was born Dec. 16, 1933, in Greensburg, a son of the late Pasquale and Giovannina Gentile Varriano. Frank was the owner of the former Varriano Refrigeration and a veteran of the Army, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of St. Paul's Church and VFW Post No. 33 and enjoyed playing golf after his retirement. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, John Varriano; a sister, Carmella Christopher; and two brothers, Samuel and Charles Varriano. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Patricia Haire Varriano; son, Gerry Varriano (Martha), of Greensburg; three grandchildren, Anthony J. Varriano, Mark J. Golden (Abbe Auen) and Casey Barbish (Edward); three great-grandchildren, Miliana, Gianna and Audriana Barbish; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public viewing.
