Frank R. "Red" Tompkins , 84, of Greensburg, died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2022, in his home. He was born Dec. 3, 1937, in Youngwood, a son of the late John and Garnet Cunnard Tompkins. He was a member of St. Bartholomew Church, Crabtree, the A&B Club, Youngwood and the Scottdale Elks. He retired from the U.S. Post Office, Youngwood, after 30 years and proudly served in the Army. Frank enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and going on family vacations. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two siblings, Harry Tompkins and Dolores Trout. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann DeLuca Tompkins; a daughter, Kristen Tompkins Sepesky (Scott), of Greensburg; a son, Kurt Tompkins (Jenna), of Fredrick, Md.; and two grandchildren, Mason and Olivia. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Frank, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in the St. Bartholomew Church, Crabtree.
