Evelyn Lois Beidler, 79, of Youngwood, died Wednesday, March 05, 2025, at her daughters home in Tidioute, PA. She was born August 24, 1945, in Tallahassee, FL, a daughter of the late Ernest and Evelyn Himler Claycomb.
Lois was a retired Payroll Specialist for Westinghouse and Powerex. In her younger days, she enjoyed horseback riding and cherished her time spent with horses. Throughout her life, she exemplified empathy and a deep commitment to caring for others. This was particularly evident in the past 10 years, as she faithfully honored her marriage vows to Ronald, with whom she shared over 51 years of love and partnership. Lois was deeply grateful for the love and support she received throughout her life, from childhood to her final moments. She especially appreciated the care she received at UPMC Shadyside, Westmoreland, and the North Huntingdon Hillman Cancer Center. She often reflected on her life with gratitude, feeling fortunate for the many experiences and relationships she had.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Beidler; her beloved daughter, with whom she has lived with when she became ill, Denise Bilott of Tidioute; three beautiful granddaughters, Evelyn and twins, Ella and Flora Bilott.
Relatives and friends of Lois will be received Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday March 08, 2025 in the Pantalone Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
