Esther M. (Adzima) Yurcevich , 87, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, in the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1933, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Joseph Adzima and Theresa Teply Adzima. She was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Yurcevich; a brother, Joseph Adzima, and two sisters, Josephine Fedor and infant Ruth Ann Adzima. Esther is survived by her three daughters, Sandra Yurcevich and JoAnn Lawrence (Steven), all of Greensburg, and Leah Partner (Ron), of Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren, Joseph Forish (fiancé, Gabrielle Sykes-Casavant), Steven Lawrence (Lori), Marcus Lawrence, Theresa Partner and Julie Partner (fiancé, Haleigh Howe); a great-granddaughter, Eliza Lawrence; a brother, Louis Adzima (Veinna) of Jamul, CA and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Esther from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. A parastas service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Requiem Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in the St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Greensburg. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Byzantine Cemetery, Trauger. Please be prepared to adhere to all current CDC guidelines.
