Edward W. Price

Edward W. Price, 71, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, December 12, 2023.  He was born August 08, 1952, in Utica, New York, a son of the late Charles and Christina Raehm Price.  Ed was a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  He worked as a civil engineer for several years at Eichleay Engineering of Wilkinsburg and was pivotal in starting the JNE Consulting Engineering Office in Pittsburgh.  He retired from SNC-Lavalin Engineering of Pittsburgh.  Ed served on the Board of Directors for Achieva for many years.  He enjoyed building and repairing things, but his greatest joy came from spending time with his children and grandchildren, especially at the family lake house.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Price.  He is survived by his wife, Anne T. Kress Price; four children, Jason Price (Jennifer) of Greensburg, Heather Price of Mt. Pleasant, Brian Price (Kelly) and Megan Caraballo (Daniel), all of Greensburg; eight grandchildren, Ashlan, Reese, Talan, Elle and Haven Price and Matias, Malachi and Makayde Caraballo; sister, Linda Evans (Jim) of Gansevoort, NY and several in laws, nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Ed, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W.
