Edmund A. DiPasquale, 88, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, February 20, 2024.  He was born February 23, 1935, in Greensburg, a son of the late Vincent and Mary Testa DiPasquale.  'Eddie D' was a 1952 graduate of Greensburg High School and attended St. Vincent College.   He was a US Army Veteran serving his country from 1958-1960 at the Army Training Center Armory, Fort Knox, KY.   Most of his career was spent as a salesman for the beverage industry, working as a district manager for Schlitz Brewery, Stroh's Brewery and the Canandaigua Wine Company.  He retired from the Charles Jacquin, Inc. as an area manager.  He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church.  'Eddie D' was a true sports enthusiast.  He was proud to have been a part of the Westmoreland Derry County League as well as playing at St. Vincent College during the time he attended there.  He also played with the Dixie League in Fort Knox, KY, while serving his country.  He enjoyed watching the Penn State teams, the Pirates, the Steelers and the Penguins.  He had a special love for his grandchildren and his cat Bella.  He was content, sitting on his porch and reading a good book and enjoyed emceeing at various events.  He was a member of the Hilltop Social Club, the BPOE and the Penn State Westmoreland Club.  He was also a former member of the Hannastown Golf Course.  In writing his own obituary, he wanted to give special love and thanks to his daughters and his granddaughter McKenzie.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three siblings, Claude DiPasquale, Flavia Grazan and Anna Marie Erdeky.  He is survived by his three children, Stephen DiPasquale (Carrie) of Pittsburgh, Aimee Kolick (Les) and Lisa Rohrbacher (Barrie), all of Greensburg; three grandchildren, McKenzie LeFevers, Nicole Garris (Jim) and Jonathan Rohrbacher; great grandchildren, Quinn and Hunter Garris and several nieces and nephews.  A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, April 6, at 1:30 p.m., in the Our Lady of Grace Church, Greensburg.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Family Resources, 1425 Forbes Ave. Suite #500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 www.familyresources.org.
