Donna Lee Herbert

Donna Lee (Hoffman) Herbert , 74, of Greensburg, died Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, at home, surrounded by her family. She was born Aug. 4, 1942, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Clyde and Olive Hoffman. Prior to her retirement, Donna was the manager of the Greensburg Wal-Mart Vision Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth (Moose) Herbert; son-in-law, Dr. Theodore Ryczek; a brother, Cloyd (Sonny) Hoffman; and a sister, Catherine Irene Hoffman. She will be forever be loved by her children and their families, Desa Ryczek (Rob and Kate), Dana Detar (Coby), Paul DuCotey and Tamara (Brook, Greyson and Hunter) and Kimmie Daher (Kayla, Kaulen and Mataeo). Also left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Delores Lietke and Betty Sullenberger; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Donna's life from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home, with Pastor Chaffee officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
