Donald P. Stoner , 47, of Greensburg, died peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, in the Oak Hill Nursing Center, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born Feb. 5, 1970, in Jeannette, a son of the late Donald S. Stoner and Sandra Coley Harris. Don was the owner of Platinum Automotive. He attended Hempfield Area High School where he played hockey and was a graduate of Cocalico High School. He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and also enjoyed fish and running. He is survived by his three children, Landen Petts and Laura Petts, both of Washington, and Kamille Stoner, of Greensburg; two sisters, Kim Hawk, of Connellsville, and Erin Stoner, of Oklahoma City; and several nieces, nephews and close friends. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Don from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Pantalone Funeral Home with Pastor David Hixson, officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
