Diane Welsch

Diane M. (DePrimio) Welsch , 70, of Athens, died Sunday, February 13, 2022.  She was born May 13, 1951, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Alfred and Joan Coccioletti DePrimio.  Diane had been a member of Holy Family Church in Latrobe prior to moving to Athens and was a member of St. Joseph the Worker in Madisonville, TN.  In her younger years she had worked as a waitress at her parent's restaurants, Pitt Restaurant and Hillview Restaurant, both in Greensburg.  After graduating from beauty school, she worked as a beautician at Holiday Hair In Westmoreland Mall before she and her husband moved to Tennessee.  She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of forty-seven years, Charles 'Charlie' A. Welsch, II; two sons, Charles A. Welsch of Latrobe and David M. Welsch (Jennifer) of Eagle, ID; two brothers, Dennis DePrimio (Barb) of Ligonier and Alfred DePrimio of Latrobe; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Diane Radomski of Forbes Road.  Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Diane, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020.  Parting prayers will be held in the funeral home Saturday 9:15 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Bruno Church.  Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  Please be prepared to adhere to all current CDC guidelines.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Action for Animals, PO Box 814, Latrobe, PA 15650.  Diane’s family has entrusted her care to the Pantalone Funeral Home Inc., Greensburg.  For online condolences / directions, visit us at pantalone.com.
