Christian C. Maline

Christian C. “Chris” Maline, 53, of Jeannette, passed peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on March 20, 2024. He was born September 9, 1970, in Greensburg, a son of the late Joseph E. and Hazel Jane Croft Maline.  Chris served in the United States Army. He was employed by Franjo Construction for almost 20 years, as a carpenter and construction superintendent. He was always there to lend a helping hand to family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joel M. Maline in 2023.  He is survived by his two children, Lauren Maline (Anna Jeffries) and Austin Maline (Samantha Beck) and their mother, Shelley Maline; his loving grandchildren, Stoick, Kayla, and Callie; his partner, Darlene Howard; siblings, Timothy Maline (Helen), Susan Vodopivec, Karen McDonald (Glenn), Jennifer Laratonda (Craig), Cynthia McGill (Robert), and Laura Rowe (Dan); and numerous nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Chris, Saturday from noon to 2 p.m., the time of services, in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W.
