Carol A. (Baginski) Watkins, 75, of Crabtree, died Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, in Westmoreland Manor. She was born May 21, 1940, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Martin and Anna Matiska Baginski. Carol was a member of St. Bartholomew Church, its Rosary Altar Society and served as a Eucharistic minister, the Crabtree VFD Ladies Auxiliary and the former Crabtree Ladies Bowling League. She was retired from working as the supervisor of dining and events at St. Vincent Monastery. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Watkins. She is survived by her son, William Martin Watkins and wife, Wendy, of Crabtree; two grandchildren, Julie and Justin Watkins; a brother, Gary Baginski and wife, Jane, of Harrison City; several nieces and nephews; a godson, Marc Mignogna, of Seattle, Wash.; and her last surviving aunt, Margaret Null, of Sun City Center, Fla.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Carol from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. Parting prayers will be held at 9:15 a.m. Friday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Bartholomew Church with Father Justin Matro, OSB, as celebrant. Interment will follow in Calvary Hill Cemetery, Crabtree.
