Barbara Crosby

Barbara (Myers) Crosby, 86, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, October 23, 2024 in the Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born November 13, 1937, in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Clinton and Dessie Wilkins Myers. She was a volunteer at Clelian Heights School for Exceptional Children, Meals on Wheels; the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts; Laurel Faith & Action and a member of the Access Availability Foundation. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard V. Crosby; a brother, Ellwood Myers; and a niece Linda Myers. She is survived by six children, William Crosby of LA, John Crosby of VA, Michael Crosby, Ruth Crosby both of Greensburg, Thomas Crosby of LA and Mary Crosby of Pittsburgh; six grandchildren; ten greatgrandchildren; a sister, Rosalie Myers; special friends, Bobbie Jo Radovich and Valjean Manning. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 25, 2024 in the Open Door Baptist Church, 970 N. Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601 with Pastor Joshua Franklin, officiating. Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.
