Stefanacci Adam Stefanacci, 24, of Beavercreek, OH, died unexpectedly Friday, October 24, 2014. He was born November 22, 1989, in Washington, PA, a son of Ryne Stefanacci and the late Angela Cremonese Stefanacci. Adam was a 2008 honor cord graduate from Gahanna Lincoln H.S. and earned a B.S. degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Akron in 2012. Adam was twice named to Akron's Dean's List. Adam was a kind, generous and gentle soul who made friends easily. Adam was active in Religious education at St. Matthew (Gahanna), and a volunteer at St. Bernard's in Akron. He also volunteered at Mason Elementary school (Akron) and the Choices Homeless Shelter in Columbus. Adam volunteered at the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and had been a regular blood donor. While at University of Akron, Adam designed and created promotional material for Residence Life and Housing. Adam was an enthusiastic sports fan, knowledgeable in all North American leagues and individual sports, as well as world soccer play. Adam also participated in Combat Hapkido in Gahanna. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Elsie and Richard Stefanacci. In addition to his father, Adam is survived by a brother, Erik of Norwalk, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Dorothea and Joseph Cremonese of Greensburg, PA; seven uncles and aunts and numerous cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Adam, Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724)837-0020. Parting prayers will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Autism Society or The National Autism Association.
